Assessment of current situations, strategy and roadmapping the future, systems selection, using digital to transform business processes and improve user experiences.
BBC & the Open Data Institute
Open data consultancy, analysis, and strategic recommendations. Investigating and reporting back around aiding the BBC's consumption and publication of open data.
Workshops and interviews were held, a report was created, as well as illustrative personas and scenarios aimed at showing how open data could provide benefits to the organisation, their audience, and the wider internet community.

Macmillan Cancer Support - Wonderland campaign
Pitch support, technical analysis, architecture & solutions for a seasonal fundraising campaign.
The project involved an Umbraco 7 CMS build, and integration with various systems including a payment gateway for processing donations, and an external mail campaign system.
UTV - UTV Player
Product management and technical analysis for the responsive redevelopment of player.u.tv.
The project included liasing with the UTV .NET developers for the integration of our Jekyll-generated front-end code, the scoping of a cross-site/platform video and advertising component, and working with Brightcove to implement brand new SDKs, faciliating additional support for DFP IMA.
David Lloyd Leisure
Technical strategy and planning for the redevelopment of the global David Lloyd Leisure website.
This was a multilingual site, with content managed through the Sitecore CMS and Digital Marketing System. Discovery and integration planning was carried out around two timetabling and booking platforms, a video delivery system, a CRM, user rights management, assorted web services, and multiple apps.
